Complete the Registration for Infant Baptism

Your information will be reviewed so we can ensure that we are placing you in this process correctly and that we have all the necessary information to serve you. 
 

Step 2

Complete the Godparent Form for Infant Baptism

Godparents are not required to participate in the baptism preparation classes. Godparents are required to complete this form and submit it to jcoba@cgscc.church.
 

Step 3

Submit a copy of the Child's Birth Certificate to jcoba@cgscc.church
